Pilates plus manipulation: a new combo for spine pain?
NCT ID NCT07466368
First seen Mar 22, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study looked at whether combining Pilates with spine and body manipulation helps people with non-specific back or neck pain more than Pilates alone. Forty adults were split into two groups: one did only Pilates, the other did Pilates plus manipulation, both for 8 sessions over 4 weeks. Researchers measured quality of life, flexibility, balance, and pain levels to see if the combo offered extra benefits.
