Summary
This study looked at whether adding spine and body manipulation to Pilates exercises helps people with non-specific back or neck pain. Forty participants were split into two groups: one did only Pilates, the other did Pilates plus manipulation. Both groups had 8 sessions over 4 weeks. The study measured quality of life, flexibility, and pain levels to see if the combination offered extra benefits.
