Summary
This study looked at whether Pilates exercises and kinesiotape (a special elastic tape) can help office workers with long-lasting neck pain. Thirty office workers who had neck pain for over six weeks took part. Researchers measured how neck pain affected daily life, pain sensitivity, muscle strength, and quality of life. The goal was to find simple, non-drug ways to manage neck pain at work.
