Summary
This study looks at whether clinical Pilates exercises can help women with lupus feel less tired, improve their mood, sleep better, and have a better quality of life. About 30 women with stable, low-activity lupus will take part. The goal is to see if this gentle exercise program can ease common lupus symptoms like fatigue and pain.
