Gentle exercise trial offers new hope for lupus fatigue and pain
NCT ID NCT07394361
Summary
This study is testing whether a specific exercise program, called clinical Pilates, can help women with lupus feel better. It aims to see if these exercises can reduce common problems like severe tiredness, pain, poor sleep, and low mood. The study will compare a home exercise program to a program that adds supervised Pilates classes.
