Summary
This study looked at whether reformer Pilates or mat Pilates is better for women with a slipped disc in the lower back. The goal was to see which exercise type improved pain, quality of life, and fear of movement. Forty women between 25 and 60 years old took part. The results help guide exercise choices for managing this condition.
