This study is testing whether a program of Pilates exercises can help children who have back pain and poor posture from carrying heavy school backpacks. Researchers will enroll about 140 children aged 12-16 and measure their pain levels and core muscle endurance before and after the Pilates program. The goal is to see if strengthening core muscles through Pilates can reduce pain and improve posture in affected children.
