Summary
This study is testing whether a Pilates exercise program can help reduce back pain and improve core muscle strength in children who suffer from 'backpack syndrome.' Researchers will work with about 140 children aged 12-16 from schools in Lahore, Pakistan. They will measure pain levels and muscle endurance before and after the children complete the Pilates sessions.
