Summary

This study looks at whether doing Pilates exercises can help people who have had a kidney transplant. It aims to improve their balance, reduce tiredness, and make their daily life better. Fifty adults aged 20 to 50 will take part. Half will do Pilates three times a week plus standard physical therapy, while the other half will only do standard therapy. The study lasts 12 weeks.
