Summary

This study looked at whether Clinical Pilates exercises can help people who had heart bypass surgery overcome a fear of moving (kinesiophobia) and improve their heart and lung recovery. 36 stable patients participated, doing Pilates alongside standard cardiac rehab for 4 weeks. The goal was to see if this gentle exercise approach reduces fear and improves walking and heart function.
