First seen Mar 10, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study looked at whether clinical Pilates exercises can help people who had heart bypass surgery overcome a fear of movement (kinesiophobia) and improve their heart and lung recovery. 36 stable patients participated, doing Pilates alongside standard cardiac rehab for 4 weeks.
