Summary

This study is testing whether a 12-week Pilates exercise program can improve erectile function in men with type 2 diabetes. Sixty men aged 40-60 with diabetic erectile dysfunction will do Pilates three times a week. Researchers will measure blood flow in the penis and use a questionnaire to see if the exercises help.
