Summary
This study tests whether Pilates exercises can improve erectile function in men with type 2 diabetes. Researchers will measure blood flow in the penis and ask participants about their sexual function. The study involves 60 men aged 40-60 who have had diabetes for over 5 years and erectile dysfunction for more than 6 months.
