First seen Dec 26, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study looks at whether Pilates training can improve ankle stability, balance, and sports performance in football players who have chronic ankle instability. 88 male players aged 22-35 will be split into two groups: one doing Pilates plus balance training, the other doing balance training alone, for eight weeks. The goal is to see if Pilates leads to better ankle control and fewer problems on the field.
