Summary
This study tests whether 8 weeks of Pilates training can improve ankle stability, balance, and performance in football players who have chronic ankle instability. Eighty-eight male footballers aged 22-35 will be randomly assigned to either a Pilates group or a control group. The goal is to see if Pilates helps them regain better control and function in their ankles.
