Summary
This study is developing and testing a new way to set recovery goals for children in the pediatric intensive care unit (PICU). The method, based on the Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM), focuses on what matters most to the child and their family. Researchers will first gather expert opinions, then test the approach with a small group of 5 families and clinicians to see if it is practical and helpful.
