Why do ICU survivors skip their recovery checkups?

Summary
This study aims to understand why patients who have been in intensive care do or don't attend their follow-up appointments at a special recovery clinic. Researchers will look at medical records of 2,500 patients to identify factors that influence attendance. The goal is to find ways to help more patients get the follow-up care they need after leaving the hospital.
