Summary
This study is comparing two ways to help wounds heal. It tests a special bandage that uses gentle suction (called PICO) against standard professional cleaning and dressing changes. The goal is to see which method helps close non-infected foot ulcers and surgical wounds more effectively within 42 days, without needing another surgery.
