Summary
This study tested whether five simple physiotherapy exercises could improve balance and reaction speed in older adults (ages 65-95) with spine arthritis. Sixty participants were randomly assigned to either a three-week exercise program or a control group. Results showed that the exercises significantly improved static and dynamic balance and reaction speed.
