First seen Jan 29, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study looked at whether five simple physiotherapy exercises could help improve balance and reaction speed in older adults (ages 65-95) with arthritis of the spine. 60 people took part, with half doing a three-week exercise program and the other half not. The results showed that the exercises helped improve balance and reaction time, which could reduce fall risk.
