Summary
This study looked at whether a single session of physiotherapy or infant massage could help premature babies in the hospital. Researchers compared these gentle treatments to see which one better reduced stress and pain, and improved sleep and breathing stability. Sixty preterm infants were randomly assigned to receive either physiotherapy, massage, or just routine care.
