Summary
This study interviews 30 specialist doctors in Swedish intensive care units to understand how they decide whether to continue or stop life-sustaining treatment for critically ill children. The goal is to learn about the challenges and ethical dilemmas they face, not to test a new treatment. The results may help improve decision-making and support for families and healthcare teams.
