Summary
This study looks at whether adding physical activity to the school day can reduce mental fatigue and improve thinking, emotions, and teamwork in secondary school students. About 434 students in 3rd or 4th year will try different activity methods like active lessons or short breaks. The goal is to see if these approaches help students feel less tired and learn better, without any medical treatment.
