Summary
This study looks at whether adding physical activity to school lessons can reduce mental fatigue and improve thinking, emotions, and teamwork in secondary school students. About 434 students in 3rd or 4th year of secondary school will try different active teaching methods like moving during lessons or active breaks. Researchers will measure tiredness, brain activity, and heart health to see if these methods help students learn better without making them more tired.
