Cystic fibrosis study tracks exercise and sitting time to improve care

NCT ID NCT06507956

First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated Jun 23, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study looks at how much adults with cystic fibrosis move and sit during their daily lives. Researchers want to understand activity patterns, especially in those who are inactive and spend a lot of time sitting. The goal is to find patients who could benefit from personalized exercise advice. About 270 adults will take part, and a smaller group will wear activity monitors for more detailed tracking.
