Summary
This study measured how much physical activity 507 breast cancer patients in Spain get and what types of exercise they prefer. Researchers used questionnaires to understand current activity levels and exercise likes and dislikes. The goal is to use this information to design better exercise programs that help patients stay active and improve their health.
