First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 26, 2026
Summary
This study tested a 6-week supervised physical activity program for university students dealing with mild-to-moderate mental health issues like stress, anxiety, or feeling isolated. Seventeen students took part in group exercise sessions including walking, aerobics, and strength exercises. The goal was to see if the program was practical, well-liked, and had any early benefits for mental and physical health.
