First seen May 16, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding yoga, mindfulness, and special physiotherapy techniques to a home exercise program can reduce disability and improve symptoms like pain, fatigue, and sleep in people with fibromyalgia. About 40 adults with fibromyalgia will be randomly assigned to either the combined program or home exercise alone for 8 weeks. The goal is to see if the mind-body approach offers extra benefits for managing this chronic pain condition.
