Summary
This study tests whether adding yoga and mindfulness to a home exercise program helps people with fibromyalgia feel better and move more easily. Forty adults with fibromyalgia will either do the combined program or just home exercises for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure pain, fatigue, sleep, and overall well-being to see if the mind-body approach offers extra benefits.
