First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 45 times

Summary

This phase II trial tests a new treatment for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has not responded to standard therapies. The treatment combines a light-activated drug (ASP-1929) with an immunotherapy drug (cemiplimab) to kill cancer cells. About 27 adults with stage IIIB-IV lung cancer will receive this combination to see if it shrinks tumors and improves survival.
