Summary

This study tests whether a 6-week phone-based therapy (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) can help young adults aged 18-25 in Hong Kong who drink heavily. 60 participants will either receive the therapy or supportive calls. The main goal is to see if the approach is practical and acceptable, with a secondary look at whether it helps reduce drinking over 6 months.
