Phone coaches aim to boost diabetes monitor use in young adults
NCT ID NCT05854069
Summary
This study is testing whether a phone-based coaching program can help young adults with type 1 diabetes use their continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) more often and effectively. The program involves monthly coaching calls and text message support for the person with diabetes and optionally for a family member or friend. Researchers will measure if the program leads to more consistent CGM use over six months.
