NCT ID NCT07457658

Summary

This study is testing whether a type of talk therapy called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) can help hospitalized patients in a mental health department reduce their problematic mobile phone use. Researchers will compare patients who receive the therapy to those who do not, looking at changes in phone addiction, anxiety, depression, and sleep quality. The goal is to see if this therapy can ease the symptoms linked to excessive phone use.
