Summary
This study will test if a type of talk therapy called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) can help reduce problematic phone use and improve mood in patients hospitalized for mental health care. 140 participants will be randomly assigned to receive the therapy or be in a comparison group. The main goal is to see if the therapy lowers scores on a standard phone addiction scale.
