Summary
This phase II trial tests a new drug called puxitatug samrotecan (AZD8205) in 28 adults with an aggressive, advanced form of adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC-I). The study aims to see if the drug is safe and can control the cancer. Participants must have a specific genetic mutation or marker.
