New combo therapy aims to unmask lymphoma cells and boost immune attack
NCT ID NCT05507541
First seen Apr 28, 2026 · Last updated Jun 19, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This phase 2 trial tests a combination of two drugs—TTI-622 and pembrolizumab—in about 10 adults with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that has returned or not responded to prior treatment. TTI-622 blocks a protein called CD47 that cancer cells use to hide from the immune system, while pembrolizumab helps immune cells attack the cancer. The study first finds the safest dose of TTI-622 when given with pembrolizumab, then checks how well the combination shrinks tumors.
