Summary
This early-phase study tests a new targeted therapy called PVEK, which delivers chemotherapy directly to cancer cells, combined with a standard chemo regimen (FLAG-Ida) for adults with newly diagnosed high-risk acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and other aggressive blood cancers. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the combination is safe and effective. About 30 participants will take part.
