Summary

This study tests whether a pharmacist can help patients and their doctors switch to a single pill that combines multiple blood pressure medicines. The goal is to make it easier for people to take their medication and lower their blood pressure. About 720 adults with high blood pressure will take part, and the study will track changes in blood pressure over 3 to 6 months.
