Doctors ask: how do families feel about DNA-Guided medicine?
NCT ID NCT05037305
Summary
This study aims to understand what children with chronic health conditions and pregnant women know and think about pharmacogenetic testing—a type of genetic test that can predict how a person might respond to certain medications. Researchers will survey 500 participants from these groups before and after they receive their test results. Some participants will also watch a short educational video to see if it changes their knowledge or attitudes about the testing.
