Summary
This study looks at whether extra education from a pharmacist can help people aged 18-60 who are starting a new antipsychotic medication for conditions like schizophrenia or bipolar disorder. The goal is to see if this support reduces weight gain and other metabolic side effects. Participants will either receive standard care or additional pharmacist-led counseling sessions over 12 weeks.
