Summary
This small pilot study is testing whether a program where pharmacists help people with COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) manage their medications is practical and acceptable. The goal is to see if this approach can improve medication safety and reduce shortness of breath. The study will enroll 92 adults with COPD who are on Medicare/Medicaid and use an inhaler.
