Summary

This study tests whether a special virus therapy (bacteriophages) is safe for spinal cord injury patients who have E. coli bacteria in their bladder without symptoms. About 30 adults will receive either the virus treatment or a placebo. The goal is to see if the therapy is safe and how the body processes it.
