Summary

This study tested a nasal spray called PH94B to see if it could quickly reduce anxiety during a public speaking task in adults with social anxiety disorder. About 228 participants were randomly assigned to receive either the spray or a placebo, then asked to give a short speech. The trial was terminated early, so results are limited.
