Summary
This study is testing an investigational drug called PGN-EDODM1 in adults with myotonic dystrophy type 1, a genetic muscle disorder. Researchers want to see if multiple doses are safe and tolerable compared to a placebo. They will also measure how the drug affects muscle stiffness, strength, and mobility over time.
