Summary
This is an early safety study for a new oral medicine, PF-08049820, being developed to treat moderate-to-severe eczema (atopic dermatitis). The main goal is to check if the drug is safe and well-tolerated in healthy adult volunteers. Researchers will also measure how the body absorbs and processes the medicine, and see if taking it with food makes a difference.
