Summary

This study follows up to 20 people with progressive familial intrahepatic cholestasis (PFIC) who are taking odevixibat (Bylvay) as part of their regular care in China. The goal is to see how safe and effective the drug is over the long term, including tracking side effects and whether patients need surgery or a liver transplant. PFIC is a rare genetic liver disease that causes severe itching and bile buildup.
