Summary
This study aims to find how often genetic changes linked to Progressive Familial Intrahepatic Cholestasis (PFIC) occur in adults with unexplained bile issues in Spain. About 150 adults will give a blood sample and health information during one visit. The goal is to help doctors diagnose PFIC more clearly and create personalized treatment plans.
