First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This study looked at how an experimental medicine for eczema (PF-08049820) is absorbed when made in fast- or slow-release versions, and whether a high-fat meal changes that. Twelve healthy adults each tried five different versions of the pill. The results will help pick the best form for future studies.
