Healthy volunteers test new atopic dermatitis Drug's best form

NCT ID NCT07172321

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This study looked at how an experimental medicine for atopic dermatitis (eczema) behaves in the body when made in different versions. Twelve healthy adults each took five different pill forms—some fast-acting, some slow-release—both on an empty stomach and after a high-fat meal. The goal was to see which version is absorbed best and how food affects it, helping researchers choose the right form for future studies.
