Early trial tests new obesity Drug's body processing
NCT ID NCT07338214
Summary
This early-stage study is testing how the body processes different concentrations of petrelintide, an experimental drug being developed for weight management. Researchers will give a single injection to 48 adults with overweight or obesity and track how the drug moves through their bodies over about 50 days. The main goals are to understand how different drug strengths affect absorption and safety, not to measure weight loss.
